Nikolaos Ritsonis - Emeritus President

Ph.D in Economics/Finance from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania. Dr Ritsonis has an extensive academic and business career in the US and Greece. He is now a Swiss resident, our emeritus President and passive investor. 

Evangelos Charatsis – Chairman & Managing Director

MSc Shipping, Trade and Finance City University London. CEO and Managing director, founding shareholder and MD of BETA Securities, Mr Charatsis is Head of the Institutional Trading Desk and actively involved with day-to-day transactions. Responsible for developing relationships with domestic and foreign institutional investors, as well as for the development of BETA’s network of retail brokers (AELDE). Prior to his career with BETA, he has worked as a FX dealer with Barclays Bank in Athens and also has held senior positions in finance and chartering with the Tsakos Shipping Group.

Loukas Deligiannis – General Director

Mr Deligiannis brought more than twenty years of experience in the area of Financial operations services. He worked as a Team Manager for several firms of Financial & Information Technology Industry. Prior to his current position as General Director at BETA Securities S.A, Mr. Deligiannis held the position of Project Manager at AXA Greece for the period 2017-2018. During 2011-2016 he worked as IT Applications Manager at Beta Securities SA, responsible for products delivering. He served as a Product & Project Manager on Financial Operation software products at Singularlogic SA for the period 2006-2010. He has also worked at Broker Systems SA as a Project Manager responsible to product analysis for the period 1999-2005. He also holds a BSc in Business Management.

Manos Chatzidakis –  Head of Research Department

Mr. Chatzidakis has been working as an analyst since 1999 and has been certified by the Market Commission. He holds a degree in Statistics from the Athens University of Economics and an MBA.. He is a fellow consultant of AUEB and has numerous publications in  the press both domestically and internationally. In 2006 he was nominated as the “Analyst that covered best the domestic market” by the Athens Stock Exchange. Since 2009 is a regular columnist in weekly newspaper “Kefalaio”.  Mr. Chatzidakis covers banking and energy sector while he has an expertise in small and mid-cap stocks.
